The Pathway to Peak Performance is an easy to grasp and apply philosophy of physical development. It is a paradigm of how we should all train and develop physically. The uniqueness of the Pathway is in how it provides for an easy application process for its users. The Pathway provides guided passage for an individual toward maturity in their physical fitness and athletic development.

It is a logical progression of development that encompasses all age groups and levels of talent. The Pathway is as applicable for elementary physical education as it is for elite level athletes. It is the path that will lead towards maximizing the physical talents and abilities of students. Interestingly enough, the Pathway transcends sport and is applicable to any area of physical development. P3 is important in vocations other than those specifically related to the physical fitness and athletic realm. The Pathway rests on subjective and objective scientific evidence.

The Movement Skills for Life Program is based on the evaluation & development of 12 basic movement skills. Movement skills which serve as  the foundation for physical education, fitness, and sport development.
