Young Champions Locations
 
Young Champions is a fitness, multi-skill, and character development center. We accomplish this through our Pathway to Peak Performance Training System with the final phase of our scheduled program ending in a movement and sports based fun zone that provides a fun environment to reinforce activities sports and fitness for life.

We emphasize 5 zones in a child’s programming:


Peak Zone 1- Fitness:  Our goal is to build fit students. This includes mental and emotional fitness as well as physical development.

Peak Zone 2-Skill:  This is much like learning a trade. We help each one of our members build the necessary skills associated with fitness, recreational, and sport activities.
 

Peak Zone 3-LifeSkills: Interaction with others and the world around them is a necessary component in each member Realizing Their Potential.

Peak Zone 4-Nutrition: Learning and acquiring the discipline to make healthy and knowledgeable choices in regards to eating.

Peak Zone 5-Internal Guidance System: Each Young Champions Member is coached to deal properly with the internal issues that all of us face such as; handling adversity, fear and confidence issues, facing prosperity and many other issues of life.


 

The Movement Skills for Life Program is based on the evaluation & development of 12 basic movement skills. Movement skills which serve as  the foundation for physical education, fitness, and sport development.

The Circle of Champions Training Program
is offered exclusively through Young Champions facilities, and is unlike any other training program  offered within  the fitness or sport industry.
