YC ZONE LOCATIONS
     



Our curriculum offerings at YC ZONE are unique. The educational process encompasses three distinct training systems, as well as, our YC ZONE Development Model.

The Pathway to Peak Performance-enhances physical fitness and natural abilities. The process is so unique that we have a patent pending on this innovative approach to training.

Movement Skills for Life-evaluates and prescribes direction in attaining expertise in the 12 most important movement skills a young person must master. These movement skills serve as the foundation of all land based physical fitness and sport activity.

Circle of Champions Training System -we teach the most important components of particular sport and recreational activities. Skills necessary to be successful in the sport are taught in a standardized fashion. The Circle of Champions training system serves as our sports based program that is always offered in a developmentally appropriate setting for the young person.

YC ZONE Development Model- YC ZONE has developed a training process that is based upon a seven stage process that occurs toward physical maturity.  Biological age, background, opportunities, and experiences are always important considerations when assessing a person's development stage.


 






 


The Circle of Champion Training System teaches members the skills necessary to participate in a particular activity or sport. The Circle of Champions Training Program, which is offered exclusively through YC ZONE facilities, is unlike anything else offered in the fitness or sport industry.

The Pathway to Peak Performance fitness training system assists members in achieving individual physical potential. The system teaches a full range philosophy of physical development components. The Pathway fitness training system is straightforward, easy to apply and is highly beneficial for elementary physical education programs and elite level athletes alike.

This is an opportunity to work with one of our certified coaches towards a specific goal for your child. It could be a sport specific training, skill training, or over-all fitness training. Coaches can work either with your child one on one or also work with two children at the same time in that specialized session.

Game Days make fitness fun for all young people in a YC ZONE facility.  The Game Day features are offered to members and non members alike.

Brains & Brawn is a two-hour twice a week program combining one hour of teaching by
our Academic Director, and one hour of physical instruction by our certified coaches.
